These passenger cars were manufactured by ČKD at the beginning of the 60-ies for Czech narrow-gauge railways.
The narrow-gauge railways in Czech Republic had a many types of passenger cars. Many cars had a hand brake and sheet metal stove. In winter's was ride with narrow-gauge railway very uncomfortable. The number of produced pieces was 30.

The passenger car Biú 321 was produced by Ganz for the Borsa railways. The car was produced with two axles with the three windows and a hand brake. Later, he was fitted with a brake-pipe. The cars served as the outboard to steam cars M25.0 and M13.0. After the cancellation of the steam cars, the passenger cars remained on the spot and were connected to the steam locomotives or to the motor cars M11.9 or M21.0.
