These passenger cars were manufactured by ČKD at the beginning of the 60-ies for Czech narrow-gauge railways. The narrow-gauge railways in Czech Republic had a many types of passenger cars. Many cars had a hand brake and sheet metal stove. In winter's was ride with narrow-gauge railway very uncomfortable. The number of produced pieces was 30. With new cars Balmú culture travel has improved.

The passenger car Biú 321 was produced by Ganz for the Borsa railways. The car was produced with two axles with the three windows and a hand brake. Later, he was fitted with a brake-pipe. The cars served as the outboard to steam cars M25.0 and M13.0. After the cancellation of the steam cars, the passenger cars remained on the spot and were connected to the steam locomotives or to the motor cars M11.9 or M21.0.

The passenger car Biú 441 was shipped during the period of the Austro-Hungarian Empire from many engineering firms according to the type of drawings of Austrian Railways. This passenger car has four windows on each side and a hand brake for braking of each car. This car was fitted with a metal stove for heating in the winter and he rode at most of the Austrian narrow-gauge railways. These cars were replaced in the 60-s years with new passengers cars Balmú.
